For stock goods (please inform yourself before completing the purchase), the goods can be collected by appointment.
At your request, we deliver to your residence or another place of your choice, for this we commission a forwarding agent to dispatch the goods. Shipping takes place in original packaging with a carrier and usually takes 1 week (depending on the place of residence and telephone availability of the customer, in exceptional cases up to 2 weeks). Delivery costs within Germany are FREE OF CHARGE. Delivery to other European countries is also possible (shipping time takes approximately 1 week longer). Higher shipping costs apply, please check before purchasing. Delivery is curbside.
In principle, we offer collection of the goods, but the goods can also be delivered on customer request. You can pick up your new product directly from one of our warehouses. This will a flat rate of EUR 0.00 is charged. Collection is by appointment only.
The outstanding balance will either be transferred before the goods are dispatched (you will receive an information email in good time when the goods arrive) or paid directly to the forwarding agent upon delivery (the cash on delivery fee of 5% at least EUR 45.00 is paid by the customer in this case) or you pay the balance directly at our furniture store (appointment by arrangement).
